(DIETING) Americans spend 14 billion dollars a year on dieting
Let me get right into it "Dieting" Americans spend 14 billion dollars a year on dieting such as dieting pills, surgery (Lypo suction), special dieting shakes, fitness Magazines, fitness equipment we don't even use, gyms that we get memberships to that we attend 1 or 2 times and never return etc. We as people need to just focus a little harder when it comes to losing weight & loving our self way more. I know its a little expensive to eat healthy and then again its not but for some of us its hard losing weight and for some its not, for those who have trouble losing weight go to deep measure of altering there body with surgery, come on now I mean I'm not a doctor but if you really want something as bad you really have 2 work for it, put your best foot fwd and work @ it until you see results an its easy said then done but if you want it a fitness fairy is not gonna swoop down and remove the fat off of you, you gotta work!!, If your in bed all day like bump on a log then @ lease do some crunches, leg lefts just a few to get the heart pumping that's all or if your @ work in front the computer @ your desk for 8hrs sneak a couple push ups, squats etc. or on your lunch break it shouldn't take you no more than 20 to 25min to eat if that then use the other 30 to 35min to walk off what you ate. There's no excuse to spend as much money as we do on dieting that just shows how lazy Americans really are. It can be aton of money save if you think about it if we just take the time to give our self a chance and push hard for a great out come, some people may just be happy in there own skin and that's fine but if your complaining about your weight or size then get off your ass! and do something about it. Get it togather people God only gave us one body so take great care of it. You could get a new body if you don't like the one you have by just simply working @ it with out resulting to dieting pills, surgery & over the counter bull crap.
ORIGINALITY HAVE LEFT MUSIC
Where is the creativity now days it definitely took a back seat, I know what your saying to yourself that @ some point all artist have took some swag from another artist or some one in the industry that they admire, or thought had great style & present that was successful even the biggest mega super stars like Michael Jackson R.I.P to him, for instant even he swagger jack b4 and no disrespect but MJ swagger jack some of his style & dance moves from James Brown <R.I.P we all knew that but in the late 80's and early 90's it was forbidden to take some 1 style and run with it because not only would they call you out on wax about it but you would get physically touched on a street level, It was a battle for the crown and if you won you received king or queen of your genre of music and not just be able to call your self that and you didn't win any battles or the massive didn't nominate you for it, yes music as a whole came along way from then its alot more business 99% of it 1% show. I mean it goes with out saying if your hot and your swag on tilt your successful your gonna have people that look up to you and that wanna be just like you that will mimic your style in some form or shape, I think now tho artist is going way to far with this swagger jacking. You have artist like 50cent who have got shot multiple times, disrespected alot of artist, his main target was Ja Rule for sounding like the cookie monster, says he sing to much on records and then 50cent turned around and did the same exact thing and won with it and we praised him for that and we ridiculed Ja Rule for singing on ever record listen to 50cent music and listen to Ja rule and you tell me what it is, but for some reason Ja Rule climb up under a rock and never resurfaced from the damage that 50cent did & the fact of 50cent strategy was impeccable went 7million to diamond with (Get Rich OR Die Trying) lol crazy right? <(where's the originality?) You have Soulja Boy with the dance/ sing along type of joints that he got criticize & ridiculed for being successful with, Soulja Boy was able to tap into the Internet market and use that to his success, Now that kinda birth artist like New Boyz, F.L.Y, GS BOYS etc. its all the same stuff just different dance same sound its alot more where that came from trust & believe <(where's the originality?) Originally Roger Trotmen <r.i.p, Teddy Rilely & Guy was the originators of the talkbox there was a tube they had 2 put in there mouth to get that sound, Now they call it autotune T-Pain enhancedthe popularity of the autotune its like generation of the family tree where Teddy riley, Roger Trotmen birth T-Pain & when it was enhanced by T-Pain the industry went coco for coocoo puffs that birth Kanye West new sound i guest he was re inventing him self "yea right" , Lil Wayne, New comer Drake and a sluh of other followers I mean its all must to the point where you cant tell Drake sound from Kanye and i like both artist <(Pause) but (where's the originality?) its like artist condone it like as if its cool to sound like each other where as b4 like i said you would have a problem for jacking ones style. I see where Jay Z coming from with the D.O.A (Death Of Autotune) song and its really saturating the industry is labels scared to sign some 1 without autotune? because thats what it seem like for those who winning with it cool but let go start taking music left, left field to the point where cosummers are motivated to really walk in the store and purchase your music or down load it and not be affaid that your only gonna have 1 or 2 song on your album that they love, and then you wonder why your music is being downloaded for free, look all im trying to say is stop being so lazy get more creative people be original its not a crime.

i feel u 1000000000%
Today rap is corporate controlled,it's all about the money, whatever sells.I haven't bought a rap album in years since the late 90's their is really no one out there that I feel deserve my hard earned money. No originality,no real talent,I cannot for the life of me understand how Lil wayne has become so big,he wouldn't have lasted in the 80's are the early 90's rap is so corny right now that I have thought about making a autotone cd tell a bunch of lies and make millions why not?might as well get in on the gold rush.

HOW TO ENCODE YOUR MUSIC WITH BDS & MEDIA BASE
If your an artist of any sort or genre this is a must read all music that's created by you the artist should be encoded with Nielsen Bds (broadcast data system) or Media base they are the leading providers for airplay tracking for example your single/ song is on main stream radio and its getting played by a dj or on air personality the only way that record companies know how many spins or how long you been in rotation is by pulling up the BDS or media Base report by using the song title or name of the artist, That's how you can gain interest from a major record company by them knowing how well your song/single is doing on radio. If your music is not encoded then labels will not know how many spins your getting so don't submit music to Radio stations with out going thru this process 1st. Bds has a digital pattern recognition technology, Nielsen BDS captures in excess of hundred million song detections annually on more than sixteen hundred radio stations, satellite radio and cable music channels in over a hundred & forty markets in the U.S. ( including PR) & thirty Canadian markets.Submit your music via Virtual Encode email "Virtual Encode" as the subject to there Client Services department at clientservices@bdsonline.com for a user name & password. Please include the following information in the body of your email: full name, company or label Name, contact #, primary email address & any additional contact info. To Encode your music with media base just send your MP3's to Digitaldelivery@mediabase.com its all free to encode your music with these companies. Please keep in mind that Nielsen BDS & Media Base are to different encoding system /companies. For question leave a comment.
I will be doing a blog regarding how to get paid when your music is played on mainstream radio the key thing is you have to be with a society but in till next time just make sure you keep checking in I will be letting allot of great things out the bag for you all.
ITS IMPORTANT TO GET WITH A MUSIC PUBLISHERS SOCIETY SUCH AS BMI, ASCAP, OR SESAC ANY & ALL ARTIST FROM ALL GENRE
Its import to get with a Music publishers society such as Ascap, Bmi or Sesac for the simple fact that this is the only way you will get paid when your music is placed on radio, TV, movies & doing live performances. These society keep track of your music from wherever its being played or being performed all around the world, When you become a member of a music publishers society and register your music with them your work can be tracked if its being played or performed only for those radio station, tv networks, movie films & venues that pay out royalties these Music publishers society are for Composers, Authors and Publishers these society co inside with Bds & media base but not related (Read my blog on >How to encode your music with bds & media base< you need both a music publishers society & your records encode it go's hand in hand. Its free to encode your records with bds or medi base but with music publishers society you have to pay to join and of course they take due's for the monies your generate to be apart of a music publishers society but its so so worth it trust me on that, just log on to there site's and see which society offers the most for your needs sign up and get with the> (I have my business straight movement) www.ascap.com,www.bmi.com, www.sesac.com there all the same type of societies but different companies. I just need to know how so many people that want to be entertainers / performer or musicians and dont take the time out to really study the business i mean you study your craft but not your business wake up people do some research, If you want to make a career out of it and get paid then you need to get on your A game, but i know some of you say thats what managers and attornies are for but then you want to know why you came up short or got jerked out of a deal or some sort, because you didnt take the time out to be educated on the business you let your managers & attories handle it, so be mad @ your self when things go sour and not your team.
I GOT MY BUSINESS RIGHT DO YOU?
Technology/ Google mobile g1 & Voda htc magic google g2 mobliefone
I just would like to know why cell phone companies/ manufacturers cant get it right the 1st time around when producing a great mobile phone device and just have everything on it appose to having all of these different series of the phone coming out. I believe when your making millions of dollars as a huge company like t-mobile I'm very sure that they would have the resources to create a mobile phone with all the technology in it 1st go around instead of just trying to get consumers monies because of marketing technique to dig into consumers pockets. I really think that if your gonna make a 1st gin mobile phone the company should get a team of regular people to test the phones out & go over what is needed and whats missing and then do a survey if it don't pass the inspection its back to the drawing board because you have to remember a lot of high quality mobile phone's are pretty expensive even tho consumers still purchase em and of course we want to get more for our money with out feeling like we got jerked or bamboozled when a new upgrade of the mobile phone comes out.
The Google G1 mobile phone is pretty OK but it lost some cool points with me, It have touch screen, sliding keyboard, the market where you can get a bunch of different application were some of them are unnecessary, A camera with no flash, Now with the upgrade it have the virtual keyboard but you have to have very small fingers to type for that lol & video cam with no built in light wow its freezes from time to time the speed is some what fast the cool thing about it, it has a really cool pass word unlock system where you have to draw a pattern to get into the phone. The browsing experience was a little suspect you have to wait until the bar reaches %100 b4 the page open up and you know some of you hate waiting lol it'll have you kinda pissed off but overall on a scale from 1to10 i will give the g1 a high 8.
The Vodafone HTC Magic Google G2 is a nice step up of course from the G1 its thinner much lighter a little bit thicker than the iphone but the iphone is wider not much tho and thank god you don't have to remove the battery to get the memory card, The screen rotation don't really float my boat but it has it already built in, It has a 3.2 inch touch screen no sliding keyboard just a virtual keyboard and yea the touch screen react a little slow oh boy once again you have to have very small fingers to type & patients, I'll guess they'll get it right with the g3 lol you can check the video's on youtube on the HTC Magic they have a nice walk through & review of the g2 and all of its features so my opinion will be based of these video's. So overall on the scale from 1to10 i will have to give the g2 a low 9.
Entertainment
Every year Americans cumulatively spend at least 120 billion hours and more than $200 billion on legal forms of entertainment. & globally, total spending amounts to an estimated half a trillion dollars. So we might began by asking: What is entertainment, why is there so much interest in it, & what do its many forms have in common? At the most fundamental level, anything that stimulates, encourages, or otherwise generates a condition of pleasurable diversion could be called entertainment. The French word, divertissement, perhaps best captures this essence. But entertainment can be much more that a mere diversion. It is something that is so universally interesting and appealing because, when it does what it is intended to do, it moves you emotionally. As the Latin root verb tenare suggests, it grabs you: It touches your soul.

Well, feedback...I agree with what you said. There are a lot of artists out there that bite other artist styles and there are also some hypocrits out there. I'm not going to name any, but again, I know they are there. Myself, I'd like to see someone come out like Missy Elliot did. No one knew exactly what to think of her and Timbaland wasn't really feelin' the whole female rapper deal, but he went with it any way and it was great. I don't know anyone who has a style like Missy, but we do need more originators, no more immitators.
